They are used for surface preparation jobs that require extra aggressive scarifying or finishing action. These weights are stackable, allowing several to fit on a single machine for even more aggressive action. Add up to two weights for 70 pounds of additional pressure. -

These surprisingly effective steel cutter scarifier blades feature pointed teeth for grinding steel, concrete, and asphalt. They are designed for the removal of paint, mastics, thin-set, resins, tar, fiberglass, specialty coatings, industrial buildups, and rubber carpet backing. These attachments are also perfect for light profiling of concrete and steel in preparation for coating seal and/or paint. They are heavy duty and for dry operation only. Use Steel Cutter Scarifiers with either Cimex Scarifier or Cimex Diamond Finisher machines. Add weights for even more aggressive scarifying action. Attachments are sold in sets of 3.
